It wouldn't be a beer festival without lots of beer and a few ciders thrown in for good measure!

Bank Top

Bad to the Bone - 4.0% abv

A rustic tan coloured beer with floral qualities and delicate citrus notes. Originally called “Bad t'Bone” but renamed due to confusion on the pronunciation outside of Lancashire.


Old Slapper - 4.2% abv

A light and refreshing straw coloured bitter brewed with Dwarf Hilary hops. The initial fruitiness is complemented by a pronounced hoppiness in the finish.


Sweeney's - 3.8% abv

An amber bitter brewed with a highly rated German hop.  It has a bold crisp flavour with a delicate slightly spicy aroma.

Bear Ass - 4.0% abv

A rustic tan coloured beer with floral qualities and delicate citrus notes. Originally called “Bad Ruby red, malty bitter with good hop nose, fruity flavour and a dry, bitter aftertaste.


Peach Melbear - 4.4% abv

Refreshing blonde ale, the hoppy bitterness is balanced by the sweet aroma of peaches and elderflower. A peach of a pint!


Polar Eclipse - 4.8% abv

Rich, creamy, smooth, dark, oatmeal stout with light hoppy notes and a dry, bitter finish.


Amber Daze - 4.3% abv

A beautiful golden ale. Its malty taste is complimented by an orange and grapefruit aftertaste, achieved by the combinsation of Admiral and Cascade hops.


Fire-Bellied Toad- 4.4% abv

A golden brown beer with the clean, refreshing flavours produced from Phoenix hops.  The depth and intensity of the hop character combines well with the balanced malt flavours to produce a bittersweet finish in the mouth.


Lock, Stock & Barrel - 4.8% abv

A golden english pale ale. Fruity hops with a citrus zest. A rounded bittersweet malt taste is complimented by a rich fruity aftertaste. The late hopping of Admiral hops leads to a refreshing bitter finish.

Frog Island

Coast to Coast - 4.4% abv

Light amber and hoppy beer with a nice malt balance.


Flotsam - 4.0% abv

Bronze coloured with a citrus bitterness and a distinctive floral aroma.


Secret Kingdom - 4.3% abv

Dark, rich and full-bodied with a slightly roasted malty palate and a pleasant bitterness in the finish.

Sticky Wicket- 4.7% abv

A light amber full bodied Beer.


Tennis Elbow - 4.2% abv

Light coloured refreshing beer.  Perfect for early summer drinking!


White Tornado - 4.3% abv

Light coloured, clear wheat beer with a full hop palate and a citrus aroma.

Williams Brothers Brewery

Fraoch - Heather Ale - 4.1% abv

Brewed with malted barley and heather flower tips to create a multi-award winning beer.  A light amber ale with a floral/peaty aroma, full malt character, a spicy herbal flavour and a dry, wine-like finish.


Joker IPA - 5.0% abv

Created from a complex layer of malts and blended hops, this well balanced IPA delivers satisfaction every time. Golden in the glass, fruity on the nose with hints of cedar. Joker IPA is Bitter/Sweet, full of flavour and is sure to put a smile on your face.


Cock o' the Walk  - 4.3% abv

A classic red ale brewed with large amounts of crystal malt, which gives the beer a warm red colour.  An eclectic blend of hops from around the world provide a lovely citrusy , hoppy aroma.


Punk IPA - 5.6% abv

Layered with new world hops to create an explosion of tropical fruit and an all-out riot of grapefruit, pineapple and lychee before a spiky bitter finish, this is transatlantic fusion running at the fences of lost empires.


Dead Pony - 3.8% abv

Dead Pony pale ale has been crafted from an insane amount of US hops, delivering massive citrus aromas of lemongrass and lime zest. Dive in and the toasted malt base soon yields to a huge box-fresh hop hit, washing tropical fruit, floral garlands and spicy undertones all over your palate.


Five AM  - 5.0% abv

Five AM Red Ale is five malts at 5% ABV. Out of this order and stability comes the rush of the pack. Berry and caramel riding alongside marmalade and chocolate. Spice and toast jostle with lychee and biscuit. The needle flicks to all points of the compass. It drives you towards the horizon, towards the vanishing point. And it keeps going…

Tasting Notes

Traditional - 4.4% abv

Delicious, full-bodied session cider.


Original - 7.2% abv

Lightly sparkling farmhouse cider.


Whisky Cask - 6.9% abv

Glen Moray cask matured, rarefied, full bodied cider


Root Ginger - 4.0% abv

Our cider is matured with fresh-pressed root ginger. A medium dry, full bodied, spicy drink. Refreshing in summer, reviving in winter.


Strawberry - 4.0% abv

Cider is matured with masses of pressed real Scottish strawberries to make a full bodied, fruit-driven, quenching drink. Rich in colour, the mouth is full of fruit with a clean refreshing finish.


Elderflower- 4.0% abv

Our flavoursome Elderflower Cider packs a serious taste punch. Blended with fresh elderflowers, colour is caramel. Fruity nose & dry on the palate. Refreshing, distinctive & zesty; crafted with care & pride.


Jaggy Thistle - 7.4% abv

Dry CAMRA-endorsed vintage scrumpy

Equinox - 4.5% abv

Light and easy drinking. It has both sweet and dry flavours coupled with a strength that makes an excellent session cider.


Midnight Special Perry - 5.0% abv

A pleasant pear aroma and subtle but foll bodied taste with a deep straw colour.


Newton's Discovery - 3.8% abv

Repressed juice is used to keep the strength down. Full of aromas and flavour for a refreshing session cider.


Toffee Apple Cider - 4.0% abv

A light apple cider gently infused with toffee. A toffee apple without the crunch!

Fruit Cider - 5.0% abv

Our fruity Cairno Punch cider  is made from the juice of locally sourced apples blended with strawberries and elderflowers. A quality, flavoursome, 5% beverage made with integrity that won a Bronze for us in the International Cider Awards 2014


Vintage Cider - 5.0% abv

Our Vintage Cider is made with 100% pure Scottish apple juice from a mixture of varieties collected within our local area, including heritage fruit from the ancient orchards of the Carse of Gowrie. A premium, full flavoured Scottish cider that took Bronze at the International Cider Awards 2014.
